These Cam-Lock keys can only be used with all of the high-security telescopic bollards within our range. You can order extra keys now or at any time in the future.

1: A valid receipt/order number from your original order with us.
2: The key number (you will find this within the key number identification window on the side of the key you are currently using).

Having had the bollards for a few years the locks were sometimes awkward to open. I called the company and was advised due to wear and tear we probably needed new keys. Very good company
Original difficulty ordering extra cam lock keys was overcome by making a phone call. The website does not make it clear about the key code. It says you must give the invoice number and key code when ordering but the web page does not ask for the information. When I phoned I was told to order the required keys and they would email requesting the information. Otherwise excellent service.

Although the keys are good I believe I have an issue with the Bollards. They may need cleaning out. Something I can’t do.

After my car was stolen from my drive in May 2017 I decided that I needed to keep the keys in a secure pouch and invest in drive posts. The installation by your company was completed on time in Sep 2017 and I've used the posts every night since. I know that someone has tried to unlock them since installation as there are marks around the lock that I didn't make. If it wasn't for the posts I'm sure they would have had a go at the car again. Its been an investment that was worth the money for peace of mind.
