Keys worked on the locks, previous keys starter wearing and was having trouble operating the locks
Easy to order. Excellent Customer service. Organise delivery directly with installer who brought the bollard with him. Scott the installer was prompt and very friendly did the job in almost 90 minutes. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the 3 automatic bft stoppy bollards and 2 control panels I purchased. My builders and electrician installed them and the after sales service from Colin was absolutely superb. We spoke to him on numerous occasions to assist us with the installation and he was super helpful. I have already recommended the company to a neighbour.
We had a security bollard in place that didn’t have the lift assist & as we’re getting on in years it was getting harder to lift. The difference between our new lift assist bollard is amazing, no risk of putting our backs out now

From start to finish an easy process. Installation by Scott was excellent and he was very helpful with instructions.
The installer of our bollard called Chris, contacted me to arrange an instillation date and time. On the morning of the work Chris sent me a text to let me know he was on his way and on time. The whole preperation and completion was all completed in within an hour. They did a great job and tidied up the drive on comlpetion and then showed me how to operate the bollard. Scott, the installer, makes it all seem so simple. Very quick (under 90 minutes from start to finish) and very neat.
I phoned for advice regarding the replacement keys and was then able to order online. The whole process was efficient with the keys arriving in a couple of days or so. Thank you!

It to thick and bolard cant be used as it hit bumpers on some cars

Security Bollards Direct was my fourth port of call for a bollard. The other three well advertised companies all let me down in various ways despite in two cases placing a firm order.
