From the moment I bought the post, I had excellent service. When on the phone to Security Bollards Direct, I actually found out I purchased the wrong bollard! The staff member was excellent, provided the best advice and even upgraded my bollard at no extra cost. The fitter Scott, was excellent, he contacted me to discuss date for installing. He arrived on time and was really professional and courteous, explaining how the post worked and testing it til he was satisfied. First time I have purchased and installed such a bollard and it has been a pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Easy to order. Excellent Customer service. Organise delivery directly with installer who brought the bollard with him. Scott the installer was prompt and very friendly did the job in almost 90 minutes. Highly recommended!
Thank you, Scott! Great job
I was really happy with how fast the parking post was delivered and then Scott fitted it within a few days. Scott was really nice and showed me how to lock & unlock the post. He did a excellent job. Thank you!
Very happy with the 3 automatic bft stoppy bollards and 2 control panels I purchased. My builders and electrician installed them and the after sales service from Colin was absolutely superb. We spoke to him on numerous occasions to assist us with the installation and he was super helpful. I have already recommended the company to a neighbour.
We had a security bollard in place that didn’t have the lift assist & as we’re getting on in years it was getting harder to lift. The difference between our new lift assist bollard is amazing, no risk of putting our backs out now
It’s my 1st time using this company & I’m 100% satisfied. From the ordering process down to the 1st class courier company it was all so easy

Excellent service - Rosie so helpful
From start to finish an easy process. Installation by Scott was excellent and he was very helpful with instructions.
The installer of our bollard called Chris, contacted me to arrange an instillation date and time. On the morning of the work Chris sent me a text to let me know he was on his way and on time. The whole preperation and completion was all completed in within an hour. They did a great job and tidied up the drive on comlpetion and then showed me how to operate the bollard. Great guys and superb service, these two are a credit to your buisness. Many Thanks Mr & Mrs Davies, Wakefield.
Delivery was prompt, & Scott, who fitted the bollard, was punctual, hard-working & positive. All was done & cleared within 90 mins. Great job!
Scott, the installer, makes it all seem so simple. Very quick (under 90 minutes from start to finish) and very neat.
I phoned for advice regarding the replacement keys and was then able to order online. The whole process was efficient with the keys arriving in a couple of days or so. Thank you!

I can’t recommend Security Bollards Direct highly enough. They were professional, quickly responsive and extremely helpful from the start. On the day of fitting the service was excellent. Scott worked extremely hard and made sure I was happy. I first used Security Bollards in 2014 and have never been disappointed. Chrissie
