There was a confusion with three different phone numbers for installing but that was easily sorted-out.
Your installer was efficient, courteous and did his work well. He explained the operation of the bollards to me.

Had some people snooping around our cars , researched these guys , I thought they were the best in the market .even though they were London based I managed to get them to do it in Lancashire which was ideal . It offered piece of mind and would make it difficult to get the cars from our drive .

Everyone involved, from ordering to installation, was very helpful. The bollards arrived in good time and the Fitter was able to come just a few days afterwards. He was very efficient and helpful in checking exactly where we should place the bollards, including checking for underground cables, etc. He seemed to be very experienced, knew exactly what he was doing and also tidied up well afterwards. I had expected that the paving stones would have to be moved but he was able to cut through them in situ. The bollards are easy to use and look quite smart. All together this was a really excellent service.

The Bollard arrived on time and the installation date given was ok and Dean the installer came and advised me that i needed to get another Bollard to make it effective so i ordered a 2nd one and Colin at Secrurity Bollards was very helpful and also gave me a small discount which was highly recommended.
The Bollards have now been installed professionally and they serve the purpose very well and look the part.
I would definitely recommend to anyone who asks me.

Ordered this item just before the difficulties with COVID-19 took over. However, given things were moving quickly, supply and install was going to prove tricky. Thankfully Security Bollards Direct kept me informed throughout the process and warned me of possible delays which were out of their control.
Since restrictions are now easing, Installation and delivery was promptly arranged and I cannot be happier. Installers arrived on time as promised, completed the installation and left the site clean and tidy.
Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again.

Absolutely first class job, my bollards was fitted within two days of ordering. I had a phone call the evening before to confirm their arrival time and Richard & Josh arrived on the dot. Very pleasant and hard working with no mess whatsoever, I was concerned about my block paving but they removed what they needed to and it was put back to fit as if it had never been taken out. So very easy and light weight to operate. I would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking about having them installed.
