Maintenance
- We recommend the regular use of our specially formulated lubricating lock oil to ensure the smooth operation of your post.

Ground Conditions
- Suitable for flat ground on any hard concrete or tarmac surface.
- To prevent damage to a vehicle and/or the post itself, the post should not lay in the tyre path of any vehicles and has not been designed to take the weight of a vehicle's tyres.
DIY Installation
- Tools required - SDS power drill + 14mm SDS drill bit (suitable for concrete or tarmac).
- Requires - 3 x 12mm steel ground anchors + 1 x 300ml tube anchor resin.
- Approx time to install - 45 minutes (per post).

Very helpful and quick installation!
Very quick delivery, product is substantial qualify. My only recommendations are to pay the labour fee to have them installed into tarmac as can be tricky. Concrete is gonna be more straight forward. Also go to B&Q for cold tarmac to put on the nuts if it in a place someone could tamper with it or steal and go to screwfix for the bolts. £16 on top is a good deal.

Purchased this two months ago. Unfortunately poor quality and came out of ground when someone hit it 6 weeks after installation.

You sent us the following email 5 hours ago and then decided to leave a poor review: '' We purchased 6 parking bollards from you in mid September. They were all professionally installed at the end of the month and already one of them has been completely destroyed by a car reversing into it. The bollard is clearly faulty to snap so easily. I have photos but can’t attach to this form so please write back and I can send photos. Thanks'' Having not given us any time to respond, we are not sure why you feel we are culpable for the damage, and why you have left such a negative review about our service and the product. The KYP1 parking post you purchased is an excellent product, although it is not an anti ram raid post. It clearly states on the product's description that it is designed to be used to reserve a private parking space only. It has not been built or is designed to absorb an impact from a vehicle. Have you taken the appropriate action against the person who drove into your post, or did they flee the scene? You have used the parking post without any problem since they were installed, and you would have still been using it under normal use if the vehicle responsible had not driven into it and destroyed it. Our review section is transparent and is there for other customers to read, and take advice from. We do not hide any review, no matter if it is negative, but if we feel a review is unfair, then it is only right that we have an opportunity to comment on the review. We are only human Helena. We would have been more than happy to try and help you with your predicament, but after reading your review, I can see that this is not something you are interested in. I'm still awaiting the supply and installation of the parking bollard due to the bollard being sent to the incorrect address.
Store owner replied: Good evening Mr Milton, Thank you for your review, although we are somewhat surprised by the manner in which it was written considering the lengths we have gone to try and put things right for you. I have looked into your order and I understand your post was ordered on the 13th of June and delivered on the 16th of June, which is within the time frame we advised. Unfortunately, it seems your post was delivered to the wrong address by the couriers, which is something we can not control once the goods have been dispatched. As with all of our customers, we advised you of the dispatch of your post on the 15th of June, and you were sent a tracking number. 8 days after we sent you your tracking number, on the 23rd of June you advised us that you had not received your post. After we looked into this further, we were advised by the couriers that your post was in fact delivered to the wrong address on the 16th of June. Had we known sooner, there may have been something we could have done, although I am confused as to how you did not know your post was dleivered on the 16th of June unless of course you did not open the email we had sent you, which again is not something we can control. As you did not want to collect the post from the address where the post was delivered, yesterday on the 24th of June, we arranged for another post to be delivered, although to ensure there were no more problems with your order, we offered to bring the post with us on the day of your installation. You agreed to this and your order was amended accordingly. I understand you have also been trying to contact your installation team today to ask for an update on the delivery status of your post, and to see when they will be attending to install your post. This is not something we condone or permit. They may have been working or driving, so you may have put them at risk of injury as a result. After receiving such a negative review tonight, we feel we can do no more to appease you and feel it would be better for you to seek an alternative service from another retailer who may be able to meet your expectations. We are not duty-bound to offer our service to every customer. If we feel a customer is refusing to accept our decisions or solutions or is unreasonable we have every right to terminate the contract. As such we have taken the decision to withdraw from this transaction. Your installation has tonight been cancelled and you will receive a confirmation of your full refund shortly.
