Maintenance
- To help keep the 10pin top-lock in tip-top condition, we recommend the regular use of our specially formulated lubricating lock oil.

Installation
Ground Conditions
- Suitable for flat or sloping ground and any hard or soft surface.
- Not recommended for sites prone to regular deep water flooding.
- Areas with a high water table may experience slower water dispersion.
DIY Installation
- Excavation depth: 960mm (includes 150mm for drainage).
- Tools required - CAT scanner, stone cutting saw, concrete breaker, post borer, long-arm graft, shovel, spirit level, trowel, hand tools, and a wheelbarrow.
- Materials required - 20mm shingle, 10mm shingle, ballast, sharp sand, rapid set cement, cement dye (optional), mortar plasticiser, and water.
- Approx time to install - 1-2 hours (per bollard).

We can install this telescopic bollard for £180 + vat (£216.00 inc vat).
- Price applies to the installation of a single bollard and includes the all-important cable avoidance scan (CAT scan), road tolls, fuel, alignment, excavation, installation, materials, surface reinstatement, and spoil removal from the site.
- Your installer's vehicle is fully equipped and will carry the necessary tools to complete the work. Your installer will also provide their own electricity and water supply.

- To have one of our experienced, fully insured operatives install your bollard(s) simply 'ADD INSTALLATION' to your order.
- You will then be allocated an installer, and your goods will be manufactured and delivered to you within the estimated delivery date shown above.
- Once you receive your goods, simply contact your allocated installer to arrange an installation date that we guarantee will be carried out within the estimated installation date shown above.

This 'High-Security' retractable bollard is hand-built to order, so you should allow 10-14 days for delivery, and if you are ordering 5 or more bollards, you should allow another 3-4 days. However, if your application is urgent and you need your bollard(s) before then, it's always worth giving us a call to see what we can do.
If you add installation to your order, we aim to install your bollard(s) within 21 days. Alternatively, if you don't want to wait that long, our range of 'Speed Buys' are available with guaranteed delivery and installation within 7 days.

This bollard is generally used to protect a saloon or estate sized vehicle on your driveway. Alternatively, if you have a 4x4, SUV, or a Large Van that you want to protect, then you may want to consider one of our large or heavy-duty telescopic bollards.
To secure the vehicle(s) on your driveway, you can either position your bollard(s) across the entrance of your driveway or directly behind the vehicle(s) you want to protect.
You should look to have a drive through gap of no more than 1.5 mtrs between your bollard(s) and a boundary. The ideal drive through gap should be 1.3 mtrs, but it all depends on the type and width of vehicles you are looking to protect.
This telescopic bollard has the 'Award Winning' 10 pin high-security 'CamLock' inserted into the crown. This lock can't be picked or drilled, and the keys can not be cut.
Yes, all of the internal components, such as the lock, hinged lid, handle, and inner bollard can be replaced in situ without having to remove the bollard casing from within the ground.
All of the high-security telescopic bollards come with a comprehensive 12 month guarantee.
Please Note: This guarantee does not cover impact damage and wear and tear of the top lock due to a lack of maintenance and lubrication (regular lubrication of the top-lock is required on a monthly basis).
