Q:-Does the bollard automatically drop if there is a power cut?
A:-You can order this bollard in 2 versions. The 'Security Version' (fail secure) means the bollard will stay up during a power cut, while the 'Standard Version' (fail-safe) means the bollard will automatically drop.
Q:-Can the bollard be lowered with a release key during a power cut?
A:- The 'Security Version' (fail secure) can be dropped manually with the supplied release key.
Q:-Does the bollard have a built-in sensor to stop it rising by accident?
A:- This bollard has an adjustable obstacle sensor, although we recommend you install the 'Safety Proximity Loop Kit' accessory as an added precaution.
