Maintenance
- To help keep the 10pin top-lock in tip-top condition, we recommend the regular use of our specially formulated lubricating lock oil.
- This will ensure the smooth operation of your bollard for many years to come.
- Keep the base of the bollard clear of dirt, debris, and leaves, etc.
- Cleaning the retractable inner bollard.
Ground Conditions
- Suitable for flat or sloping ground and any hard or soft surface.
- Not recommended for sites prone to regular deep water flooding.
- Areas with a high water table may experience slower water dispersion.
DIY Installation
- Excavation depth: 960mm (includes 150mm for drainage).
- Tools required - CAT scanner, stone cutting saw, concrete breaker, post borer, long-arm graft, shovel, spirit level, trowel, hand tools, and a wheelbarrow.
- Materials required - 20mm shingle, 10mm shingle, ballast, sharp sand, rapid set cement, cement dye (optional), mortar plasticiser, and water.
- Approx time to install - 1-2 hours (per bollard).

Our Installation Service
- Price applies to the installation of a single bollard and includes the all-important cable avoidance scan (CAT scan), road tolls, fuel, alignment, excavation, installation, materials, surface reinstatement, and spoil removal from the site.
- Your installer's vehicle is fully equipped and will carry the necessary tools to complete the work. Your installer will also provide their own electricity and water supply.

- To have one of our experienced, fully insured operatives install your bollard(s) simply 'ADD INSTALLATION' to your order.
- You will then be allocated an installer, and your goods will be manufactured and delivered to you within the estimated delivery date shown above.
- Once you receive your goods, simply contact your allocated installer to arrange an installation date that we guarantee will be carried out within the estimated installation date shown above.

Took about 2-3weeks for the order, however the guys who fitted them were in regular contact to coordinate fitting of 2 posts within a day, so overall the delivery and fitting was in a reasonable time frame. The fitting was easy here as the ground conditions were good and the 2 posts were completed in one hour! Although on the expensive side, the posts are robust and well made. I would have ordered more post if the discount rate would have increased (fitting of more posts), however it wasn’t to be. Overall I’m very happy with the product and installation.

Have had two stainless steel rise and fall bollards before. Received our moving date and ordered four more for new property. But was told of four week supply time due to christmas .but the team did a fantastic job of getting all four key alike bollards to us in time for move .very happy and secure thanks to the hard work done by the team .order process is so easy and the communication from the team was fantastic. We have had two bollards installed, second one after the driveway was extended. Very pleased with look and increased security of vehicles on the driveway. The oil was purchased to keep them both in good condition. Delivery was when expected and very well packed.

We needed to match the existing bollard after we had our driveway extended. This was easily arranged with the same lock as the original so we only need one key to operate both bollards. The stainless steel is easy to maintain and looks very smart as well as being functional. Dean and colleagues installed it in good time and we are very pleased with the result.
